On 2/24, I signed up for State Farm home and auto insurance at David Penning’s office, 2962 Robbins Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19149. Spaso provided quotes, including the Drive Safe & Save discount. My first auto payment was $202.02 for 2 cars.
In March, I canceled the Drive Safe & Save and spoke with Holly, who informed me Spaso no longer worked there due to his lack of insurance knowledge. She gave me new pricing, and I asked her to ensure the price change was accurate to avoid billing surprises.
However, my billing increased in March, April, and May. Holly later discovered the discount was only removed from one car and couldn’t explain the increases. She said David Penning would contact me. When I spoke with him, he confirmed Spaso had made errors and Holly couldn’t address my policy issues. Despite this, the policy is set to increase again in June, and the discount hasn’t been removed from the second car. Dave was unwilling to resolve the issue, claiming there was nothing he could do.
I feel misled and lied to, and this office’s incompetence has resulted in financial gain for them.
